In 2006 the European Parliament approved the Regulation No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances and establishing a European Chemicals Agency, which is quite normal for the acronym REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals). The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure effective functioning of the common market for chemicals, protection of human health and the environment from adverse effects of chemicals. The European Chemicals Agency will manage the technical, scientific and administrative aspects of REACH.
Companies declare that none of their products are not subject to compulsory registration under the "Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals". Specifically, they used these products and materials are exempt from registration pursuant to Annex V, paragraph 7 of that Regulation No 1907/2006.
